Agent of Banks, tahsil Department

Have you ever experienced a situation where the Agent of Banks or Tahsil Department did not provide you with complete information to apply for a form? It can be frustrating when you are left with unanswered questions and unsure about the next steps.

I want to give a story about myself, which belongs to the maximum number of people who apply for online services such as banking, Cast certificates, drug licenses, food licenses, etc.

I had applied for a caste certificate for my son. After a few days, the lekhpal called me and asked for the caste certificate of the guardians. Neither my father nor I have a caste certificate as the Kasodon caste was recognized as OBC only in 1994. I completed my education in 1990 and my school certificate does not mention the OBC caste. Due to this reason, the lekhpal did not issue the caste certificate for my son. A caste certificate is an essential document, especially during the lockdown or pandemic period. I met the ADM Sadar and politely explained to the officers that I did not have a caste certificate, and according to my mother, our caste is Kasodon. I only provided an affidavit.

Then officers of ADM Sadar Gave their mobile number to Tahsildar Officer I called them and told them my problem and also told them that the mobile no was given by ADM Sadar then they told the mam to us that if lakhpal did not give the cast certificate then that person file is put in DM Officers, Between two days the lakhpal calls us to give the affidavit and take the certificate of Kasodon (OBC)

Thanks, I got the cast certificate of Kasodon (OBC) In this certificate my time is given about 3-4 years.
